SOUR SPICY FISH

Ingredients :

3 tbsp cooking oil

2 pcs Mackerel fish

5 cloves garlic, crushed

10 shallots, crushed

2 cm ginger crushed

2 lemongrass, crushed

2 chili crushed

2 tbsp lime juice

100 gram tamarin slices

1 tsp salt

2 onions sliced

2 tomato

200 ml coconut cream

 

Method :

1. Heat oil in a saucepan, fry the onions until golden brown and add in all the crushed ingredients

2. add in juice from tamarind slices, lime juice and kara coconut cream 

3. add fish, tomato and salt to taste 

4. when fish is cooked, remove and serve hot
